Description:
An early Colt Pre-Woodsman Target that remains in original condition and includes the Colt factory box and paperwork. The serial number 5482 dates the gun to 1918 and it has the Rampant Colt logo on the very back of the slide. It has the original grips and magazine with the brass follower and comes in the original Colt box that shows Colt Automatic Pistol on the label. This is before the little auto was given the name Woodsman. Also included is the cleaning brush, paperwork and Red manual marked: Colt Automatic Pistol Caliber .22 Target Model. The gun remains in excellent condition and retains just about all of its original Colt bluing. The checkered wood stocks are very good showing some light wear. The bore is excellent and the gun is mechanically perfect. This early Colt has the bead sights. I offer a three day non firing inspection period and always want the buyer to be satisfied with their purchase. The gun will be packed correctly and shipped via FedEx Air with insurance to your FFL dealer in the continental United States for $55 (California is extra because I have to ship through my local dealer). This gun requires a C&R or FFL license for transfer. I ship the following day after the payment arrives and provide tracking information.
