This is a set of Winchester 94AE 30-30 “one of Ten” series made for callaway county Missouri. This is a set that included one of ten and also the one of one proof that was shown to the board for approval. The left side of the reciever is inscribed “kingdom of callaway” “Battle of moore’s mill-1862”. The top of the bolt is inscribed “1 of 10” in gold lettering with flags on both sides. The right side of the reciever is inscribed “callaway county Missouri” and “Boone Lick’s Trail”. The lever, reciever, barrel, magazine tube, front sight hood, and bands are gold plated. The hammer and bolt are jeweled. The stock is engraved. The top of the barrel near the reciever and the lever are scroll engraved.
