NSN, made in 1838, .52 caliber, 32 5/8"" round barrel. Overall very good plus condition with Barrel and iron mountings having original Brown lacquer finish visible. Traces of case hardharden are noted on the breech. Breech is marked with ""J.H.HALL/H. FERRY/US/1838. Walnut stock is in near excellent condition, slightly cleaned some time ago. Bore is good with strong rifling present.
