This Winchester M70 is a .257 caliber Roberts. It appears in excellent condition. The gun bluing
is abt 97%. (Some very slight edge wear on the drop-plate & Trigger guard). The buttstock & forearm
areas are 95-97%
(There is only one very faint handling matk - Left Rear on the Buttstock) It may not be visible in the pics.
The wrist checkering and forearm are excellent. The Gun overal all is abt 95-98 %.
The action is normal. The bore is shiney w/distinct rifling. The serial number range makes it a "1948". It is in
an all original & unmolested condition.
I would rate this Winchester M70 in .257 Roberts caliber as an "NRA Excellent" .It should appeal the the
ardent "Collector".
