Description:
Boxlocks - Tight with beautiful barrels inside and out this is a nice example. Like a Purdey, these guns are known to be hard to close as you compress the springs as you close the gun. In that regard this gun is a perfect example as it is hard to close. I found one must hold the barrels farther out than with a regular double to give one more leverage and give the gun a "snap\' to close it. I would not say it is really easy but is something that can certainly be learned. People with weak wrists should not buy this gun! :)
