Description:
Colt Frontier Six Shooter in 44-40. Made 1901 with 4 3/4 barrel. This gun would be a good shooter. Action is good and bore is decent for a 121 year old gun. All matching serial numbers. This gun went back to Colt at some point in its life. Has the Colt stamp on the trigger bow and large parts are numbered as Colt did to ensure correct parts stayed together. Colt does not retain this information. No idea why but the gun is as it sits now. I enjoy older Colts and would entertain trade options and always discuss will best offers.
