This is one you won't see very often. A Browning Model 1885 BPCR Lever Action 45-70 Govt. new, unfired in factory box. Serial number is 08419NR2B7. This particular gun has a 30 inch heavy barrel which is half octagonal and half round. Guns comes with the Browning Verier Tang Sight Set in the original case. Also has the front site with level. Receiver is nicely case colored with grip cap which is also case colored. Stock is beautifully grained American Black Walnut, best I've seen for this model, and there is not a mark on it that I can find. Length of pull is 14 inches over the original metal butt plate. These were only produced 1996 and 97 I believe. Weight of the gun is 11 pounds 1 ounce and once again, it has been stored since the 90's and never fired. Price of the gun is $2650 plus $75 shipping.
