Anschutz Model 184 Sporter .22LR RARE, 21 ½” Barrel, Clip Feed, MINT condition,
This is a right-hand bolt action rifle that is all original. Original Sights with Hood (folding adjustable rear sight included but removed to make room for scope objective bell), Original Buttplate, Original Sling Swivels, Original Magazine. Bore New.
Stock is English walnut, 99.9% condition with Pistol Grip, Monte Carlo comb, Schnabel forend, Cheek piece for right hand shooter, Hand-checkered grip and forearm with double and single borders and perfectly executed. One small in-the-safe mark on toeline. Gun manufactured in West Germany.
Scope is Nikon’s ProStaff Rimfire .22LR 3-9x scope, new, with Butler Creek Covers mounted in factory receiver grooves, no holes added.
You would have to pay twice the price of this gun to get these features on a Cooper or any other high-end .22 LR today. You’ll find Model 164 Sporters, the Model 184 was the last and most advanced and sold very few before Anschutz stopped making them in 1984. The Model 184 Sporter is RARE and impossible to find in this condition. $1,895.00
