This Savage Model 99C was made in 1968 and featured the (then new) detachable box magazine and top tang safety. .308 Winchester

Metal Condition: "Shows rust freckling on the receiver and barrel, and wear at the lever and bottom of the receiver
Wood Condition: The stock appears in good condition with the exception of the broken grip cap
Bore Condition: "There appears to be a bit of rust in the bore however the rifling is strong, and the bore is bright otherwise
