Standard configuration SIG P49 military single action pistol, in 9mmP, with 4.75” barrel and drift adjustable front and rear sight. The left side of the slide and frame are proofed and marked with the full serial number that is repeated on the right side of the barrel hood. Safety detents are marked with an “S” in white and “F” in red. “P” release on front of trigger guard. Disassembly shows a matching, ORIGINAL HAMMER GROUP WITH NO HALF COCK. Fitted with serrated walnut grips secured with fire blued screw. Fixed lanyard ring. Complete with 1 high-polished magazine and a spare matte finish magazine in a later dated "73" Swiss military holster, having a "76" dated strap. Synopsis: Excellent, original, and all matching, first variation, SIG P49 Swiss military pistol, no half-cock, with later-era holster and spare magazine. Condition: Excellent original salt blue, approximately 98-99%, with holster wear as expected from a pistol that has seen light field use. No suggestion of touch-up. Comparable condition grips. Magazines with slightly more wear. Mirror bright bore. Perfect manual mechanics. Excellent and nicely marked holster and strap.
