The Ruger 9mm Police Carbine was manufactured from 1996 through 2006. It was meant as a companion to the Ruger P89, P93, P94, and P95 pistols and shares magazines. The action is a straight blow back design. It is a good personal and home defense carbine. Manufactured 1997. 9mm Parabellum
