Description:
German made drilling in 16/16/9.3 X 57R with some of the best pre-war engraving we have seen. Detailed game scenes and scroll engraving. White gold inlaid barrel bands. Back action sidelock with rebounding hammers. Front set trigger. Mirror bores. Rifle barrel in excellent condition with well defined lands and groves. Tight on face. No loose ribs. No cracks to the wood. Rifle barrel activation with top lever. It also flips up the rear sight. Hinged and engraved cartridge trap in buttstock that holds five rifle cartridges. Shotgun chambers measure 2 3/4". Right barrel is .673 with 22/1000 choke (Imp Mod). Left barrel is .674 with 36/1000 choke (Full). LOP is 13 5/8". Drop at comb - 1 1/2". Drop at heel - 2 5/8". Left side of the shotgun barrel does have some surface pitting on the outside. The stock shows light field use with a few marks. Weight of the gun is 6 LBS 4 5/8 OZ. Includes the chamber casting and two loaded cartridges. The 9.3 X 57R uses the standard 9.3 brass just cut down. Shipping is $75.
