Description:
This Sturm, Ruger & Co. Model M77 bolt action rifle in .220 Swift is excellent in every way. This was likely a safe queen rifle judging from the condition and production year of 1973. The M77 Tang Safety model was manufactured from 1968 until 1984 when it was replaced by the M77 Mark II. The deeply blued barrel and receiver frame are excellent. The blued 26" heavy varmint barrel is excellent with very sharp clear rifling in its bore. The trigger is very light and very smooth with a positive release. The checkered dark walnut one-piece stock is excellent. This is a beautiful survivor rifle, that shows Ruger quality. This M77 .220 Swift rifle does not come with a box or any other accessories. .220 Swift
