Melvin Forbes built this Rifle in 1993 To his exact specifications. His bolt actions are made of 4140 heat treated steel. inside diameter and outside diameter of the action is concentric within 0.0002. Locking surfaces are 90 degrees to center line of action. Stocks are made of Kevlar reinforced with graphite. Finished stocks with recoil pad, bedding and paint weigh only 17-20 oz. Stocks are full length bedded, Scope mounts are manufactured by Talley from aircraft grade alluminium.
