ENGRAVED LIEGE PERCUSSION .47 CAL. SINGLE SHOT OCTAGON BARREL BOX LOCK GREAT COAT PISTOL CIRCA 1840’S. 8” with 4” smoothbore barrel with Liege proof at breech. Floral engraved panels on lock and very fine walnut checkered bag grip with floral carved side panels. Nice original dark patina on metal . Excellent grip with the original finish. Does not hold on cock. Very handsome.
