Up for sale here is a beautiful 1891 Loewe Argentine Mauser engineer carbine. This gun was rebarrelled and arsenal refinished to like-new condition before being imported to the U.S. Everything on the gun is in like new condition. The bore is perfect. Under Argentine law, the crests were supposed to be ground off the receiver before these guns could be exported. However, the armorer who ground this one didn't grind it very much, and most of the crest has survived; some of the detail has been lost but it is much better than a lot of 1891's that have a big ground spot on the receiver ring. This gun is a pre-1898 manufacture so I can ship it to you directly - no FFL required. If you want me to ship it to an FFL that's fine too. Shipping and insurance will be $35.00 anywhere in the 48 states; Alaska/Hawaii will be actual cost. Shipment will be priority mail or UPS ground. No international sales.
