Description:
This is a nice little AyA 16 double gun with extractors, double triggers and an english straight stock. I believe it is a #3, built in the early 1960’s. The barrels are in good shape with some light freckling inside the barrels and some bluing wear on the outside. My gauge shows it is choked .015 and .018 (light modified and modified.) Chambers are 2.75 in 28" barrels. The wood has some scratched and dents and could use a refinish, or just hunt with it as is. There is a surface chip in the stock at the tang, see the photo. LOP is 14-3/4 and 13-3/4 over a worn 7/8" pad that could use replacement. Nice, light, 16 gauge game gun with great dimensions.
