This Springfield Armory U.S. Model 1898 is a right hand bolt action rifle in .30-40 Krag Cal. It has a 30 inch barrel. A blade front sight and sliding adjustable V notch middle sight. The butt stock is a sooth grip hardwood straight grip. The forearm is a smooth grip two piece hardwood with finger grooves. Serial Number 304121. .30-40 Krag
