Description:
Original Remington 1858 Army Conversion, antique not a reproduction. 5-shot cylinder in .46 rimfire with hammer altered and loading notch milled in frame. Gun has been re-blued and grips refinished at some point. Action works with good cylinder lockup, bore has visible rifling but some corrosion and pitting too. Serial numbers match for the barrel, frame and trigger guard and it also has what I’m assuming is a conversion number (10) stamped on all three. Also, the left grip panel has a cartouche at the bottom. Please see pictures. Shipping only CONUS, $35
