****SOLD**** Here we have a 1918 manufactured Eddystone Model 1917 chambered in .30-06 Springfield. This particular 1917 is comprised almost entirely of Eddystone parts with the exception of a handful of parts like the safety, front band, bottom metal, and rear sling swivel. The rifle retains a vast majority of its oil-hardened finish with the occasional handling mark, and slight high-edge wear. The bore is bright with sharp rifling and shows just the faintest amount of light pitting. The Eddystone stock is correctly stamped, in excellent overall condition, and shows no signs of cracks, chips, or repairs. All the factory controls function flawlessly including the safety and rear ladder sight. This rifle would make an excellent addition to any military rifle collection.
