"Serial number 199. Made in 1853. 36 caliber with 7 ½" barrel. Beautiful factory engraved Colt 1851 Navy. This is a extremely rare 2nd Model with the square back trigger guard. This gun has traces of the original blue in the protected areas, but the metal is mostly a light gray patina. All the engraving and markings are very sharp. This gun has beautiful burl wood grips. The trigger guard and backstrap still have most of the original silver. This gun has English proofs. This gun has a English casing with all of the accessories. Incredibly factory engraved 2nd model square back Colt 1851 Navy!
