Serial No. 9649, circa 1940-1941, 7.7Jap, 25.25"" round barrel. Early Nagoya Arsenal Type 99 with matching serial numbers. Dust cover is unserialized, mum is intact with original bluing starting to thin in some areas. Bore is excellent. Rifle is equipped with mon-pod, anti aircraft and long threaded cleaning rod. Stock shows expected nicks, dings and gouges. Handsome example of a Japanese Type 99.
