Description:
Very nicely done with the popular conversion of military rifles to sporters. This one is done on a Remington marked 1903 Springfield made with a 3,298,xxx serial. Barrel is marked "Gartman Custom 30-06" and is 22" in length, 4 groove, bright and shiny bore and with a banded, hooded front sight and a Redfield receiver sight. Receiver was drilled and tapped for scope bases. Barrel blue is a deep hi polish blue and the receiver is a nice matte finish. Stock is nicely done walnut, checkered with cheekpiece and a nicely done maple forearm tip. LOP is 13" with the pad, also marked "Gartman custom guns". Gun as pictured weighs 7# 9oz. Classic Sporter done in the 50's style. Need FFL or C&R and certified funds for immediate shipment, business and personal checks wait a week to clear. Sorry- no credit cards anymore.
