Description:
9x57mm caliber, 24" octagon barrel with solid rib. Standard sights with claw mount bases on the receiver. Bolt action with the receiver marked 'WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER-OBENDORF" on the left side. Checkered walnut pistol grip stock with scannable forend and cheek-piece ending with a Mauser horn buttplate. LOP: 14 1/4" from the front set double trigger. Excellent bright bore. The barrel retaining much of the original blue with the receiver much the same. Very nice wood with some handling marks and crisp checkering. A very nice Mauser quality commercial sporting rifle.
