Description:
Vintage Winchester 21, Skeet Grade 20 Gauge 26" Barrels. This gun had a complete restoration in 2020 by famous double gun specialist Jim Kelly of Darlington Gun Works, Darlington SC. Gun has only been on a couple of outings shooting clays since the the restoration. From the serial number the gun was made about 1947. Overall condition of the gun is just 98% as mint. The gun shoots great and is a nice light weight shotgun. Metal is perfect and wood has beautiful figure and just a couple of very light handling marks on the stock. Wood finish is correct for the period with many multiple coats of hand rubbed oil. The rib is solid with a twin sight beads and white front. All screws are perfect and checkering is just awesome. The gun has 2 3/4" chamber, barrel selector, 14 1/8" LOP, beavertail forearm, correct period butt plate and WS1 & WS2 skeet chokes. Really amazing Model 21 for clays or hunting.
