Description:
This 1969 Challenger pistol was manufactured for Browning by FN in Belgium. Chambered for the .22 Long Rifle, it comes with both a 6-3/4" barrel. The grips are 1-piece wrap-around French walnut, and it has the trademark gold-plated Browning trigger. Overall condition is excellent with about 96-97% of the original blue finish remaining. There are a couple of tiny handling marks and some very slight thinning to the finish on the front strap. There is also some loss to gold plating on the trigger. There is no significant rust or pitting. The grip is in very good shape with a bit of handling wear and no cracks or large defects. The mechanics appear to be in perfect working order and the bores are both excellent...bright with sharp rifling. It comes with one 10-round magazine.
