Savage - Model 99A - .243 cal. - Stk# C430
This Savage Model 99A Mfg. 1975 has a blued 20” round barrel chambered in .243 cal. The bore is in very good condition. The barrel is mounted with a fixed front blade sight and a Lyman adjustable rear flip up sight. The receiver has been drilled and tapped for a scope mount. The action is smooth and locks up tight. The bluing on this rifle is in very good condition with the exception of a few worn spots. The lever has been color cased hardened. Finish on rifle is about 95%. The Walnut forend and buttstock with an aftermarket metal butt plate are in good to very good condition but do have some usage dents and scratches. It is also missing both the front and rear swivels, the holes are not filled in. Length of pull is 13-1/2”, overall length is 39-3/4”, and weight is 7lbs. Our stock number is C430.
