the wood has been sanded and re-varnished......
revealing 2 small hair line cracks on both side of the grip (see pics)
good case colors......bores on both are bright and shiney
storage space in the stock.....this one was made back when Savage made quality items
very fun gun to carry or use camping and highly collectable
