Used but not hardly. Comes in the factory soft case with a Holosun HS507C red dot sight. The dot is there, but is dim, could likely use a new battery. Comes with seven factory magazines. Four of the mags are marked with the 15 round capacity, the other three are not. Likely they are 15s as well. Also has the interchangeable backstraps, optics extras and a kydex holster as shown.
