SOLD This Colt was produced in 1918. The pistol's serial number is 431958. It is fitted with a 6 inch barrel chambered for the 38 special cartridge. This pistol is in new unfired condition! The bore and chambers are in minty condition. The recoil plate shows no sign of being fired. The original bluing would rate a 99+% The original grips are in new condition. There is a very faint drag line from lining up the cylinder when closing the cylinder and crane. This is a exceptional Colt that has survived these years in this condition. This was one of Colt's most popular models and to have been in unfired condition in this early of production is a real find for the collector! This Colt would make a great display pistol in any collection!
