Offered is a consigned round butt S&W Model 13-3 finished in a rare and beautiful satin nickel. The previous owner reports light use and the excellent condition confirms. Gun does not include original box or components unfortunately but will ship in a soft pistol case.
The model 13 is the heavy magnum version of the M&P 10 revolver. The 13-3 was released in 1982. The FBI issued the Model 13 with round butt and 3\" heavy barrel shortly before switching to semi-automatic pistols. The Model 13 was an FBI standard-issue between 1981 and 1991. Apart from the USA, the ICAC of Hong Kong issued the revolver for replacement of the Smith & Wesson Model 10 revolver.
