could be user error. It's easier selling at the shows for a old timer like me. Anyway. To make a long story longer, This is a good Blue Chip walnut stock.
I got burned twice by the stock market. Won't say how much I lost. I finally figured out the insiders make the money. So now. I like land, gold, silver and guns.
But. Money is a good servant and a bad master.
Problem with land is you pay tax on it. And the govment regulates tax. But. I still like it as investment.
