Marlin Model 39 TDS lever action rifle in .22 S, L, & LR. This takedown carbine features a solid walnut stock and forend with black Marlin buttplate, blued receiver & barrel, gold trigger, 16.5" barrel, factory open sights, and full length magazine tube. This is an original Marlin and is "JM" stamped. It is in great condition and could pass for unfired even though has been fired. I would rate at 99% condition. Functions flawlessly. Unfortunately, no factory box or carrying case. I am an occasional seller so do not charge sales tax.
Shipping/insurance is $50 to lower 48 states and must be included with purchase price remittance. US Postal Service money order preferred. Any other form of cashier's check, money order, etc., will hold shipping until cleared.
