Not drilled and tapped for a scope but has a nice Lyman receiver sight mounted and a custom trigger. Comes with a new 26" barrel in 7mm, shanked, threaded, coned, contoured but not chambered, fitted, polished or blued. Feeds 7x57 like butter, no mag mods necessary. Will make a very nice sporter.
