Description:
This is Ruger's Mark II Target/Varmint rifle with a brown laminated hardwood stock and Ruger's Target Grey finish on the stainless steel barreled action. The low glare grey finish provides an extra degree of corrosion resistance. The rifle features controlled round feeding and a non-rotating full length extractor for positive ejection. It has a three position "wing" safety at the right rear of the action, hinged magazine floorplate with a release mounted in the trigger guard, integral bases machined into the top of the receiver, and Ruger's proprietary diagonal front-screw bedding system. The durable, non-warping, wood stock has a wide, comfortable beavertail forearm, and straight comb design with a little less pitch than most other M77 stocks. .223 Remington
