Buyer didnt want to pay the shipping charges, so its back on the market. // Clean rifle in excellent condition. Features Leupold 1" scope mounts, this clean and desirable Model 70, in the venerable 257 Roberts, has an excellent bore as well as its original finish on the wood and metal. This one has had its bolt handle checkered and the bolt body has been jeweled as was the magazine follower. It looks really good. The buttplate was rust blued as well. SN is 130737. No rear sight. Just 2% of all the Mod 70s were ever chambered in 257 Roberts, making them scarce and highly collectible. This one is in remarkable condition.
