Description:
Serial #41150, .32-20 (.32 WCF), 6 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a ca. 1908-made revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and extractor. The metal retains about 75-80% of the original blue finish, with the balance worn to a bright, pewter gray patina, especially along the sides of the barrel and around the cylinder. A commensurate amount of original color case-hardening remains on the hammer and trigger as well. The checkered, diamond-center grips are correct, but unnumbered, and while the left panel is in fine shape, having very few handling marks or flattening of the points, the right panel has a series of chips along the butt, including a large chip at the toe. The lock-up is tight, and the action functions flawlessly. FFL or C&R
