Description:
Designed by firearms genius John Browning and originally manufactured by Winchester the 1885 High Wall delivered the match-winning accuracy to gain popularity among Creedmoor match shooters during the 1800s. Today, this Browning 1885 High Wall single-shot falling block lever action still produces tack-driving, longer-range accuracy at the range or in the field. Satin-finished black walnut stock and fore end give it a handsome look. The steel receiver is gloss blued and the 28" full-octagon barrel has a brushed polish finish. Drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Pick up this Browning 1885 High Wall rifle and enjoy a piece of American gun history. Manufactured in Japan 1998. .45-70 Government
