Description:
Marlin Model 444 chambered in .444 Marlin. The 444 Marlin is a lever action brush gun. It features 4 shot tube magazine, a 24 Inch round barrel, a straight grip, and Monte Carlo stock. This rifle is the 1st model and was manufactured in 1968. Marlin created the .444 Marlin in 1964. They created what is essentially an elongated version of the .44 Magnum by making it nearly an inch longer to give it power like the .45-70. The typical .444 Marlin fired from a rifle has more impact energy at 200 yards (180 m) than a .44 Magnum has at the muzzle when fired from a 4-inch barrel.
