For Your Consideration, Fresh out of the woodwork from a Texas Estate is Ithaca 1911-A1 SN# 1260646 Shipped March 3rd 1944 to Naval Supply Depot Oakland, California. Overall condition of the gun is excellent with just a small amount of high edge and handling wear. Flaming bomb inspection mark on both the frame and behind the firing pin retainer. Matching “P” proof marks. HI Standard barrel with matching wear at the barrel bed. This gun is original and un-touched from its factory configuration. Navy Shipped guns are not easy to find, especially in this condition. Please see pictures for complete description.
