Description:
Rare Springfield 1922 M1 22 long rifle. Built in March of 1929 according to the barrel date,this rifle is in excellent condition. It retains 95% of the blue from what appears to be an older restoration. The bore is mint with sharp rifling. This is one of the NRA rifles that were factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting. This one has a Lyman rear peep sight and Lyman target front sight installed. The rifle retains the original sling. A very hard to find rifle in excellent condition. C&R eliglble.
