Herter CZ – J9 – 300 Win Mag - Stk #C440
This Herter’s J9 98 Mauser style action made by CZ is chambered in 300 Win Mag and features 24” blued tapered round barrel that is in very good condition. An Alaskan guide 4.5-14 x 50mm scope is attached by two Weaver mounts on top of the action. The bore is in very good condition. The bluing is in good condition with some wear and very light sporadic pitting. The custom Walnut stock is fitted with multiple wood inlays along with a white line spliced nose cap and pistol grip cap. The stock with a red recoil pad is in good condition with the exception of some handling marks. There are two swivel studs installed in the stock. The action locks up tight and functions as intended. Length of pull is 14”, overall length is 44-1/4”, and weight is 9.0 lbs.
