Description:
For your consideration, a Winchester model 12 Standard Trap chambered in 12 Gauge. Produced 1930-39, the Standard Trap was differentiated by its English-wristed stock of select walnut. The stock of this example is inset with an escutcheon speaking to its previous ownership by a descendant of the namesake family of the town of Francis, Ontario. Prospective owners can expect the bluing converting to patina in several places on the receiver and magazine tube. This piece dates to 1936. 12 Gauge
