We offer you a “Matching Numbers” Swiss Schmidt Rubin K31 Straight Pull Model 1931 Carbine (Karabiner) 7.5 Swiss Made in 1940 With Target Sight Set.
This K31 has the original magazine plus two others. There is also a cleaning kit and stripper clips as shown. The nicest part is a high quality fully adjustable WF diopter rear sight and a WF globe front sight that come with it. They are in excellent condition but the front sight inserts could not be found and there are none to go with the gun. The 25 and ½” barrel has an excellent bore with no issues. The metal finish is also in excellent condition as you can see. The stock has arsenal repairs as shown in the pictures. There was a substantial crack that has been repaired and pinned as you can see. The K31 Carbine wears the serial number of 621485 which falls into the 1940 production range of 599001-632575. The bolt, magazine and receiver all have the full matching number “621485”. The barrel shank at the muzzle is marked with the last three numbers “485”. Tucked on the bottom of the barrel at the muzzle is the import marking. The top of the receiver is marked with a “Swiss Crest”.
