A Very Rare And Early U.S. Military Issued Colt's Patent Brass With Iron Sprue Cutter "W.A.T. Inspected" Second To Early Third Model Percussion Dragoon Bullet Mold In Excellent Condition. All original and complete. The mold has excellent brass and edges. The brass has an excellent untouched mellow color to it. It is very smooth throughout. It is clearly U.S. Sub Inspected on one side of the brass, "M.M." and U.S. Inspected "W.A.T." on the other. The iron sprue cutter is fine throughout with crisp edges. It has a fine "Colt's Patent" marking on it and has a fine bright color to it. The screw on it retains most of its original factory blue on it. The inside of the mold has excellent plus cavities and is sharp, bright, and crisp throughout. This Is A Very Early And Very High Condition Example Of A U.S. Military Issued Colt's Patent Brass With Iron Sprue Cutter Bullet Mold For An Early U.S. Military Issued Second To Third Model Percussion Dragoon Revolver!
