Description:
This Mauser built P.38 semi auto pistol in 9MM Luger is in very good condition. The blued barrel and frame are very good with matching numbers on the slide, barrel and frame. The blued 5" barrel is very good with sharp clear rifling in its bore. The trigger is typical DA/SA in operation with the addition of a decocker. The black ribbed hand grips are very good with no cracks. The byf designation means built by Mauser and the 44 refers to the year of production, in this case 1944. This Mauser P.38 comes with one eight(8) round magazine and an original looking holster that was carried, but has no German markings on it. This P.38 does not come with a box or any other accessories. 9mm Luger
