Extremely rare is this one-of-a-kind ivory handled Bill Bagwell dagger with a 6-3/8" by 1-1/8" wide blade made in March 1977 in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Double brass guard engraved by the maker, blade bears the rare double markings : BAGWELL & DOUBLE EXTRA FORGED. Seen in catalog # 3 as being a "San Francisco Dagger". This is the only ivory dagger ever produced by Bill Bagwell using this material, and the only knife he has ever engraved in his illsutrious career.
