Marlin model 1894 carbine in 44 Rem Magnum. Built in 1978,this rifle is marked "JM" on the left side of the barrel. It has a 20" barrel with a mint bore. The rifle is in excellent original condition retaining 98% of the original blue and wood finishes. A great light weight brush gun.
