The markings are sharp and there is a Crown BM with 85 on the left barrel flat. The smooth bore barrel is 7 3/8” in length and the overall length is 13 ½”. The mechanical function is verry good and the flint will nicely spark when the trigger is pulled. This model pistol was used early in the American Revolutionary War as our Army did not have an adequate firearms supply. The markings and mechanical function are very good.
