RARE & ALL ORIGINAL COLT MODEL 1848 BABY DRAGOON PERCUSSION REVOLVER. .31 cal. 5 shot with desirable 3” octagon barrel with “ADDRESS SAML. COLT/NEW YORK CITY” address. All matching in the 13,xxx serial range. Frame with early tiny “COLTS/PATENT” stamp. Extra nice condition overall with crisp markings and excellent “STAGE COACH HOLDUP” cylinder scene and very fine all original screws in nice condition. Even has three of the cylinder safety pins which are usually all mashed on these very early Colts. Brass straps with considerable original silver and excellent original grips with the original finish. Perfect working order and very good bore and chambers. Very hard to find in and in nice condition at a reasonable price.
